APPLICATION PROCEDURE

To reserve The Braselton-Stover House for an event, please complete the online application with as much information/details as possible and return it with your deposit to the address listed on the back. Available rental times and fees are listed below.

For your convenience, a list of house rules and other requirements is one this site with answers to frequently asked questions. The Braselton-Stover House staff is here to insure that your highest expectations are realized. Thank you for your interest and we look forward to working with you.

The prospective client must submit a completed application and a non-refundable deposit equal to 50% of the rental fee. There is an additional $500.00 security deposit to cover damage to premises and furnishings including incomplete clean up by caterer.

It is recommended that the client or a designated person of the client and the owner of The Braselton-Stover House perform a walk thru prior to the caterer leaving the premises. When premises are left in good condition, this deposit is refunded to the client.

After the application and rental deposit have been received, and the date is confirmed open, a letter of confirmation is sent to the client. If the date and time requested are not available, all deposits are returned to you. The balance of the rental fee, the security deposit and any other agreed upon fees are due 15 days before the date of the event, unless prior arrangements have been made.

If the remaining balance has not been received by the due date, the rental agreement becomes void and The Braselton-Stover House will retain the rental deposit.
